Project Description: The I-95/Horner Road Commuter Lot - West Expansion Project was completed in 2002. It added an additional 1337 parking spaces for the increasing number of commuters on I-95. It also replaced parking spaces lost at Potomac Mills. The lot is lighted to provide ease of accessibility and comfort to commuters. The project also added bicycle lockers and additional bus shelters.
