7/1/2011Liner installation in the entire cell is completed. The contractor is placing gravel and installing the leachate collection system. Certification report for DEQ is being prepared and is scheduled to be submitted to DEQ by end of July 2011. Final completion of the cell is anticipated by September 2011.
