Project Name: DOT: Telegraph Road Commuter Lot

Project Description: The Telegraph Road Commuter Lot will be located on the old Potomac-Rappahannock Transportation Commission (PRTC) Bus Garage property on Telegraph Road. This is near Interstate 95, in the Occoquan Magisterial District, within walking distance from the existing Prince William Parkway/I-95 Commuter Lot. When fully constructed, the lot will provide approximately 500 parking spaces. The project includes the construction of a connecting trail between the two lots, as well as, intersection improvements to provide adequate ingress and egress to the lot.
