  • Why have I not received any notifications?

    Each group you sign up for may send notifications out at different intervals. You can check to see when the last notification was sent. Select "Edit My Subscription and enter you user name and password. Your information will then be displayed. Verify that your information is correct.

    The groups you have previously signed up for are listed below with check marks. Click on the name of the group and a window will display giving you forther information on the group and the date the last notification was sent. If this notification was sent after you signed up and you did not receive it, verify that your email address was entered correctly.

    How do I unsubscribe?

    Select "Edit My Subscription and enter you user name and password. Your information will then be displayed. The groups you have previously signed up for are listed below with check marks. You can uncheck the box next to the group to unsubscribe from receiving notifications from that group. Click Submit at the bottom of the screen.

    How do I change my email or pager number?

    Select "Edit My Subscription and enter you user name and password. Your information will then be displayed. Update your email or pager number. Click Submit at the bottom of the screen.
