Project Name: Fire and Rescue CIP - Spicer Station Renovation
Project Type: Expansion, reconfiguration and remodeling of an existing fire and rescue station (OWLVFD, Station 12, 2170 Montgomery Ave., Woodbridge, Va. 22191)
Project Description: This project will expand the existing building with a one-floor addition of 3,000 square feet. This will allow for a reconfiguration of existing space to provide for additional office space, upgraded locker rooms, and a renovation of the classroom. Another stairwell will be added from the bunkroom to the bay to improve response time.

7/12/2006Construction is ongoing and in the final stages. Most systems are installed and in the start up phase. They are approximately 3 weeks from final inspection.
