Project Description: (Flat Branch - Phase 2 and 3) This project includes the channelization of Flat Branch and construction of berms to protect residences from the 25-year storm event. Also, the project involves the adjustment of sewer and water utilities along Flat Branch. The limits of this project are from Lomond Drive to a point approximately 4,500 feet downstream. The Flat Branch Watershed is approximately 7.4 square miles.(Note: Project Original End Date to be determined; Original Budget reflects cash available as of 6/2002 - see Fiscal Issues.)The cost to complete this project is undetermined.
