1/7/2005Water leaked through the control joints of the building slab. The Contractor cut the slab deeper than specified in some areas. Contractor repaired the slab per the structurural engineer's recommendations. PW added a french drain system around the building to enhance water drainge . This issue delayed the completion date of the project. Some minor changes in furnishing the building were requested by Fleet Admin.
