6/4/2007A request on June 4, 2007 for concrete upgrades throughout complex was made. This request included: HC spaces (3), walk from Fast-Track lot to existing walk to Memorial Grove; new walk from Memorial Grove steps to cross County Complex Court to Plaza; new walk from 9-1-1 lot to DSB employee lot. Work to be combined with request to replace brick in front of Owens.
6/4/2007Provide excavation, sub-grade preparation, and pour new concrete sidewalks, stairs, and handicap ramps. Remove and replace damaged concrete sidewalks. Furnish and install three handicap signs and pavement markings, and one crosswalk. Areas disturbed beyond the scope of this work will be returned to original specifications prior to final acceptance and payment.

12/18/2007Completed 12/18/07 at a cost of $32,075.25 which includes Change Order ($6,327) for replacing sidewalk next to the Police Modular Building (Trailer) to handicap ramp.
11/3/2007Concrete walk installation began throughout the Complex.
7/21/2006A concern was brought forward regarding the height discrepancy between the sidewalk and curb. Upon inspection on July 31, 2006 about 45 LF of sidewalk will need to be replaced.
