Each trail gap needs to have an easement platted, surveyed and a signed agreement in place before we can construct.

1/23/2017Neabsco Boardwalk: PWCSA willing to remove Hold harmless from site plan review and move it to before construction and approve plans if PWC agrees.
11/30/2016VRE ramp and stairs was to be completed in November 2016. Delay due to contractor and CSX working out right of entry and insurance requirements.
