Comments/Issues     Show All Issues

1. Service/Policy Issues

7/1/2017Parks is awaiting the A/E list to be completed by Purchasing so we can contact an A/E firm to design the bridge crossings.
Each trail gap needs to have an easement platted, surveyed and a signed agreement in place before we can construct.

2. Schedule/Timing Issues

11/8/2016Delay in Construction; Construction began for culverts 4 & 5 for Segments 2 on 12/5/16 - original start date 11/8/16 •Boardwalk completion delay due to weather.

3. Fiscal/Resource Issues

4/1/2020Project on hold due to spending freeze because of COVID 19.
11/1/2017Total Estimated Capital Cost of Project: $3,100,000 not including the Hooes Run Bridge (a feasibility study needs to be done first) Have $892,000 in the CIP account. Need an additional $2,200,000 to complete all but the Hooes Run Bridge.
