9/24/2012Concrete hair Cracks increased in the middle section of the patio under the pergola and on several top sections. Contractor agreed to replace all the cracked sections of concrete without any expense to the County. The Consultant provided design for the control joints. Where weather started to be cold it was agreed to replace the defective concrete sections during March/April 2013. Change Order reflecting the agreement is in process.
