Comments/Issues     Show All Issues

1. Service/Policy Issues

8/25/2017Facilities Construction Management (FCM), Property Management and the Police Department (PD) have scheduled a furniture and PD move-in and facility training plan which will result in the first roll-call being conducted in January of 2018. Other PD administrative functions will follow in a prioritized manner.

2. Schedule/Timing Issues

3. Fiscal/Resource Issues

8/25/2017The Davis Ford Road improvements were more costly than what was originally designed and issued under the construction contract. This is largely due to upgrades to Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) standards.
8/25/2017The project is within the CIP budget.
