1. A meeting between the Watershed and Parks Dept. was held on site on 5/18/17 to review the existing conditions and to resolve Mike William’s (resident 18619 Old Triangle Road) complaint. 5/18/2017 5/18/2017 Amarjit Riat

9. The repair work is in progress, a new storm drainage structures has been installed at Mr. Hsu’s property and the area around it has been graded for proper drainage, the broken pipes at Mr. Rand’s property will be repaired. 10. Final inspection will be performed on September 7, 2018. AECOM to start kickoff meeting on design on 9/11/18. Letters have been drafted for the information to the stakeholders regarding the surveying work. 12. Met with Watershed on 2-1-19 to discuss the proposed concept by the AE. The proposal includes the construction of concrete ditch, replacement of the existing 8- inch pipe with 21- inch concrete pipe and related work. Easements will be requested from Ken HSU and Mr. Rand. 6/4/2018Parks will be able to proceed with the plan to pipe the water into the VDOT storm water system. Easements will have to be, acquired. Parks will work with a JOC contractor to repair existing broken pipes to alleviate some of the excess water problem. We have a quote that needs updating and we have Mr. Rand’s permission since it is on his property. Design work will start when money is made available.
