1. Hairpin repairs completed on 9/18. Code violation still being reviewed, determined 3 phase power is needed. 6/7/2019 6/30/2020 4/1/2021    
2. Building Development required a change of use of the building, previous records indicate this building was only a B use. A tenant layout permit would be required to change the use group of the building to include offices and minor repair facility.
