1. Hairpin repairs completed on 9/18. Code violation still being reviewed, determined 3 phase power is needed. 6/7/2019 6/30/2020 4/1/2021    
2. Building Development required a change of use of the building, previous records indicate this building was only a B use. A tenant layout permit would be required to change the use group of the building to include offices and minor repair facility. Drawings are being re-submitted per requirement. 6/7/2020 8/23/2021 6/30/2020 11/30/2021    
3. Building Development added additional requirements, 3-hour fire partition per code, zoning requirement for change of use including site plan. Permits issued and repairs underway. 6/7/2019 11/28/2021 6/30/2020 3/31/2022    
4. Work has progressed, new 3 phase power installed, offices and mezzanines repaired and duct work and electric re-wiring ongoing. Change in use group required site plan submittal to include adding ADA Parking. 6/7/2019 10/28/2021 11/1/2020 4/29/2022    
5. Work has progressed, County to install safety rail on previously unprotected areas. Supply issue with new required AC Unit arriving end of June 2022. 6/7/2019 10/28/2021 4/1/2021 7/29/2022    
6. ADA Parking completed and approved, FFM Fleet side completed. HVAC equipment was delayed 4 months and installation has started. Final inspections are anticipated for week of August 29th with completion expected 9/6/2022. 6/7/2019 10/28/2021 4/1/2021 9/6/2022
