1. •Met with A/E (Wendel) on 2-2-18 for a proposal for the cost estimate. PO issued on 2-16-18 2/1/2018 2/16/2018

4/1/2021Only one bid was received for the construction of the concession building for $1,164,092. The bid is over the budget and the engineer estimate. It was recommended to Procurement to re-Bid the project. AE is working to revise the bid documents.
