Project Description:	This project will rehabilitate the 98-year-old Lake Jackson Dam by creating a uniform concrete spillway to alleviate the current operation, maintenance, and safety hazards during gate operations under severe weather conditions. The project will also result in reducing flooding hazards for large storm events (50 and 100-year storms)for some upstream properties. The County is seeking grant funding to finance this project. The project costs for the rehabilitation are around 2.5 million dollars.
