Various divisions within Public Works will be responsible for preparing site plans, grading, clearing, preparing building pad, moving utilities, etc. prior to start of construction. New Facility will house a parts area, lounge, library and office space. Facility will have the ability to service 24 vehicles. Project includes construction of 400SF Tire/Oil Storage building
