The current Prince William County PPEA and PPTA projects are:

NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF COMPETING PUBLIC-PRIVATE PROPOSALS
FOR
MINNIEVILLE ROAD AND ROUTE 1 IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS

Prince William County chose to accept an unsolicited proposal dated July 1, 2011 from Branch Highway to design and construct Minnieville Road and Route 1 Improvements in accordance with Prince William County Purchasing Regulations �1100 and Code of VA �56-573.1.

Prince William County Purchasing office advertised to receive competing proposals from interested parties until 3:00 P.M., local time September 26, 2011. Prince William County Purchasing received two competing proposals prior to the competition period deadline from Lane Construction Corporation and Shirley Design/Build, LLC.

The County PPTA Review Committee will review the two competing proposals to determine conformance with Prince William County Purchasing Regulations �1100 and Code of VA �56-573.1. The County PPTA Review Committee will make a presentation to the County Executive detailing its recommendation of whether to advance the proposal for consideration and recommendation to the Board of County Supervisors.
